Meet Lynn Spencer

I gave my life to the Lord at the age of fourteen at a Billy Graham crusade in Shea Stadium New York. At that time my family moved from New York to Massachusetts where I attended high school and two years of college. It was during those years I began to deepen my relationship with the Lord and re-dedicated myself to HIM completely. He led me to a Bible College in Florida where I met and married John in 1977. We finished our educations together for the next four years in Kansas City, Missouri.

The Lord led us back to Gulf Breeze to begin our family and start Calvary Chapel Gulf Breeze. It's been from 1981 until now that I have had a heart for working with and leading in Women's Ministries in the church.

My life verse is Acts 17:28...For in HIM we live and Move and have our being...My heart's desire is to know that my life is completely found in Him. That He be leading and guiding the direction I go in our marriage, our family and the ministries at Calvary Chapel. I enjoy the many facets of coming alongside women in the church through exhorting and encouraging in the scriptures, through offering times of fellowship and worship and through stirring up the gifts each has to serve the Lord and His Church. What a privilege it is!
